Future SUVs 2018 – 2020:
The SUV scene is about to witness intense competitions as several models are going to be launched between 2018 and 2020. The 2018 Land Rover Defender is one of these. This SUV has been long in the making and in early 2018 the revamped edition will come out. It will be pitted against luxurious off-road models like the venerable the Mercedes G 63 AMG. It is going to have an all-aluminum body and chassis, as per sources.
Next in the SUV marquee is the Ford Expedition 2018. The company is planning to revamp its largest SUV for 2018. The less pricey twin of Lincoln Navigator now sports changed grille and more aerodynamic exterior design. The body will mostly be made of aluminum to cut down on overall weight.
The Lincoln Navigator is among the popular luxury SUVs in the market and the 2018 model is being readied for launch. It has design elements taken from Ford F-150 Atlas Concept and it will look more or less like the concept model showcased at the Detroit auto show 2016.

The upcoming 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Coupe is going to sport a hybrid and electric powertrain, as per industry updates. It will have design similarities with the Jaguar F-Pace. However, customization choices will be aplenty.
The 2018 Porsche Cayenne has been spotted testing already and the upgrades are noteworthy. It will be based on the much talked about MLB Evo platform and design traces from Panamera are also evident. Details of power train are unknown, though.
The 2019 Audi Q8 is another SUV worth waiting for. It looks rather sporty from the spy shots available online and design cues from Q7 are obvious. It may be launched with a plug-in hybrid variant as well.
The buzz of Ford bringing back its once popular Bronco model is getting stronger. It will be in 2020 Ford actually launches this SUV. The new 2020 Ford Bronco may be developed by Australian wing of Ford. However, official confirmation is yet to come.
